Meet Taylor: Your Voice for East Noble Schools
I care deeply about the schools our kids walk into every day. I want schools where students are safe, teachers feel supported, families are heard, and decisions are made with honesty, transparency, and accountability.
"Taylor's dedication to our children and her commitment to transparency are exactly what our school board needs."
Jolene Deveau, East Noble Parent & Community Member
Why I am the right person for the school board...
I am the right person for the East Noble School Board because I am invested in this district not just as a candidate, but as a parent. My kids are in these schools. I see the communication, the decisions, the challenges, and the impact they have on families every day.
I bring a practical voice to the table. I believe in supporting teachers, protecting students, listening to parents, and making sure taxpayers can trust how decisions are being made. I am not running to sit quietly or rubber-stamp decisions. I am running to ask the questions families are already asking and to make sure the answers are clear.
East Noble has so many great students, teachers, staff, and families. I want to help strengthen what is working, address what is not, and keep the focus where it belongs: on our kids.
What matters most in our schools...
What matters most to me is whether our schools are working for the people they serve every day: students, families, teachers, staff, and our community.
As a school board member, I would focus on the work the board is responsible for: setting clear expectations, reviewing policies, approving responsible budgets, looking at results, and making sure district leadership follows through. That means asking how decisions impact students, whether staff have what they need, and whether families are getting clear answers when concerns come up.
East Noble needs board members who are prepared, engaged, and willing to ask thoughtful questions before decisions are made. My focus will always be on student safety, strong academics, teacher support, responsible spending, and earning the trust of our community.
My vision for a thriving school district...
A thriving school district is one where students are not just getting through the day, they are growing, learning, and being prepared for what comes next. It is a district where teachers want to stay because they feel supported, where parents understand what is happening, and where the community has confidence in the direction of our schools.
My vision is for East Noble to be a district that is proactive instead of reactive. That means identifying concerns early, communicating clearly, using data honestly, and making decisions that are practical and student-centered.
As a board member, I would help move us toward that vision by listening to families and staff, reviewing what is actually working, and pushing for clear goals and follow-through. Strong schools are built when leadership is honest, responsive, and focused on students first.
